Things to Do in Thurgau: Local Guide

Thurgau is a Swiss canton on the southern shore of Lake Constance, often called the Bodensee. Known as the orchard of Switzerland, it produces an extraordinary quantity of apples and pears alongside excellent Pinot Noir wines. The lakeside towns of Konstanz and Kreuzlingen, the island monastery of Reichenau, and Hagnau's vineyard promenades make for a leisurely cycling tour.
