These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of farelah.com ("the Site"), operated by 24 Cloud Ops Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202532449C). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Farelah is a travel comparison and discovery platform. We aggregate and display eSIM data plans from third-party providers and activity listings from platforms such as Headout, GetYourGuide and Viator. Farelah does not sell eSIM plans, insurance, hotel rooms, or activity bookings directly.
When you click a "Buy" or "Book" button, you are redirected to the relevant third-party provider. Your contract for purchase is with that provider, not with Farelah. We are not a party to any transaction you complete on a third-party site.
Farelah earns an affiliate commission when you purchase through a partner link. This is disclosed on the Site and does not affect the price you pay.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices, availability, and plan details displayed on Farelah are accurate at the time of display. However, all data is sourced from third-party APIs and may change without notice. Farelah does not warrant that any price, plan, or availability shown is current, complete, or error-free.
Always confirm the final price and terms on the provider's checkout page before completing a purchase. Farelah accepts no liability for discrepancies between prices shown on the Site and prices charged at checkout.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Farelah does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24 Cloud Ops Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party service accessed through the Site.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed SGD 1, or the amount you paid to Farelah (which in most cases is zero, as Farelah is free to use), whichever is greater.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Farelah has no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing a third-party site through a link on Farelah is at your own risk.
Each provider you transact with has their own terms of service, refund policies, and privacy policies. We encourage you to read these before making a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without our prior written consent is prohibited.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of 24 Cloud Ops Pte. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Provider logos and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identification and comparison under nominative fair use.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Site.
