Farelah is a travel comparison platform operated by 24 Cloud Ops Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202532449C), with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road #14-004, Singapore 068914.
Farelah allows travellers to compare eSIM data plans, travel insurance, hotels and activities from third-party providers. We do not sell eSIMs, insurance policies or hotel rooms directly — we link you to partner providers who do.
Search queries. When you search for an eSIM plan, you enter a destination country. This query is sent to our server to retrieve matching plans from partner providers. We do not store your search queries, link them to any identifier, or share them with third parties.
No account data. Farelah does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or payment details. We do not collect, store or process any personal information of this kind.
Server logs. Farelah does not retain server-side access logs. Our application runs as a containerised service whose runtime output (stdout/stderr) is ephemeral — it exists only for the lifetime of the running container and is never written to persistent storage or forwarded to a log aggregation service. We have no operational need to store request-level data and have deliberately chosen not to do so.
Local browser storage. We use your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences — for example, whether you have dismissed our disclosure banner or seen the provider tip on the eSIM page. This data lives only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
Farelah earns a commission when you purchase a product after clicking a partner link on our site. This is how we fund the free comparison service.
When you click a "Buy" button, your browser is redirected through an affiliate tracking link operated by the partner provider or their affiliate network (such as Impact.com or Everflow). The partner site — not Farelah — sets a tracking cookie on their own domain to attribute the sale. Farelah does not receive your personal data as part of this process.
Our current affiliate partners include eSIM providers (including Breeze, EscapeSIM and Ubigi). Each partner operates under their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before completing a purchase.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing analytics data (via Google Analytics 4) is legitimate interests — specifically understanding how the platform is used in aggregate. We do not process any special categories of personal data.
Singapore residents are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We comply with the PDPA in our handling of any personal data processed through our platform.

Farelah is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
